Wall cabinet in corner features a pulldown specialized storage device. The handle controls a brake mechanism, which combined with a spring counter-balance, provides ultimate ease of lift control. This is a heavily customized Panasonic pull-down cabinet system.

The pull-down unit shown in a fully-lowered position stops and locks wherever the handle is released. An internal recoil spring mechanism provides effortless closing.
